CCP Recruitment Nominated for National Recruitment Award with the NRF (National Recruitment Federation)

Deirdre Finnerty, Senior Recruiter with CCP Recruitment Ltd, Galway, is one of 6 recruiters in Ireland nominated for National Recruiter of the Year Award (small agency) with the NRF. Deirdre’s nomination arose as a result of the dedication and high standards she has demonstrated from a clients, candidates, employee and operations/systems/processes perspective. The awards ceremony will take place in the Shelbourne Hotel on the 4th of December and we wait with bated breath to hear the outcome.

This event is the highlight of the calendar for recruitment agencies nationwide to be recognised for their outstanding performance within the industry.

In Deirdre’s application, she outlined how she is a core component of CCP’s business from a Client, Candidate and Employee’s perspective. Deirdre goes above and beyond her duties on a daily basis for CCP. She understands that recruitment is not a 9-5 job and appreciates the importance of flexibility.
