Cleaning Validation Specialist

As a Cleaning Validation Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our client's manufacturing team, responsible for upholding rigorous Cleaning Validation procedures and optimizing processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Cleaning Validation protocols and take samples alongside Upstream/Downstream processing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure correct CIP/SIP cycles and timely sampling.
• Maintain focus and consistency in role tasks, ensuring smooth Cleaning Validation operations.
• Apply aseptic techniques and Gowning for IOS7/ISO8 to uphold sterile conditions.
• Generate and execute Validation Protocols, supporting robust validation processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for optimized procedures.
• Assess and resolve cleaning issues during study runs to ensure compliance.
• Write and approve Deviations and GMP documents accurately.
• Manage large programs with effective project management skills.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of manufacturing and Cleaning Validation equipment.
• Update and maintain the Cleaning Validation Plan.
• Schedule cleaning activities with Manufacturing and liaise with various departments.
• Ensure team members are trained and follow EHS/Safety SOP/Policies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in QA Validation activities, with a focus on Cleaning Validation protocol execution.
• Expertise in writing and approving Deviations and GMP documents, reflecting a commitment to quality compliance.
• Technical writing experience in crafting precise site reports, showcasing your ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Your exceptional attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Cleaning Validation processes, including coverage testing and clean-into-service.
• A proactive approach to Continuous Improvement, always seeking opportunities to enhance processes and achieve optimal results.
