Workplace Facilities Manager

Location: Limerick

Seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and dedicated team player to join our passionate customer service team. If you have a keen eye for detail and motivated to excel, this role is perfect for you.

As the focal point of our customer site/sites, you will take charge of delivering all FM services and annual projects, with a mission to ensure the utmost satisfaction and elevate the Human Experience to its pinnacle. Within this role, you will be accountable for six key areas.

• People Leadership – develop and sustain a high quality well motivated team
• Client Management – exceed on-site client expectations consistently
• Contracts Management – ensure that all contracts are professionally delivered
• Finance Management – ensure that the site’s financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements
• Health and Safety Management – ensuring the provision of a safe working environment
• Human Experience/ Hospitality management – Implement best practices and innovative initiatives to elevate human experience standards

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a (Facilities related) Management position in a high demanding and international customer environment.
• Proven track record of Human Experience improvement and engagement.
• Previous experience of new site opening, mobilisation, transition to business as usual and service design.
• Proven track record of Human Experience improvement and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Facilities Manager or equivalent.
