  • Effectively manage Service Department operations, resolving technical and customer service issues promptly

  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, setting and achieving ambitious targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering repeat business.
  • Quality Assurance: Experience in establishing and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the service department, with a focus on meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Safety Compliance: Familiarity with health, safety, and welfare regulations, along with experience in ensuring compliance across all staff and work activities, prioritizing safety at all times.
