This is an opportunity for an ambitious Quality Engineer to join a world leading Medical Device manufacturer and turbo charge the next stage of your career.

In this role you will provide key day-to-day support to the Production lines, keeping them on track to deliver operational targets.

This is a full time, permanent role and you will be onsite daily.


About the Job:

  • Supervise Quality Technicians.
  • Drive and implement process improvements for all product lines.
  • Provide effective QA support to Operations for quality, cost, and output goals.
  • Ensure thorough definition of process variables and address failure modes.
  • Implement plant-wide quality system enhancements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with medical device agencies.
  • Implement statistical techniques for process monitoring.
  • Approve change requests for products, processes, and quality systems.
  • Analyze customer complaints and trends.
  • Define validation requirements and oversee validation processes.
  • Compile regulatory documentation.
  • Review MRB trends and initiate corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal quality audits.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing implementation.
  • Transfer and implement products and processes from development or other facilities.


What you can bring to the role:


  • Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering/Technology.
  • 2/3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent with direct experience in a QA environment (preferably GMP regulated).
  • Experience in the medical device industry is an advantage.
  • Experience on an automated/high volume line an advantage.
