Vendor Management & Procurement Administrator

Joining an expanding Vendor Management & Procurement team, in this role you will provide support to the Sourcing & Procurement teams & the Vendor Quality team to ensure effective management of all Vendor across the organisation.

You will play a key role in developing and managing vendor records and information, implementing best practice and continuous improvement across the department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for creation and management of vendor records and information across the business.
  • Coordinate schedule for Vendor Assessments.
  • Conduct Vendor Evaluations as per schedule for continuous improvement.
  • Support the Sourcing & Procurement Specialist in contract development/renewals onboarding & integrations.
  • Support any other additional procurement activities required.
