This Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Planning role supports a specialized portfolio within a key Division of a global company.

This role is crucial in providing ERP system expertise and analytics to various supply chain teams, covering all Forecast to Schedule (FTS) business processes and supply chain systems.

A successful Senior Analyst will deliver key insights through data analysis and lead cross-functional teams to enhance the global supply chain.

Additionally, this role manages the demand planning system, generating forecasts for the entire portfolio and overseeing the global Master Production Plan.

This position can be fulfilled fully remotely from any location in Ireland, candidates will need to be based in the state with an association to the Irish office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze large data sets, identify statistical outliers, determine causes of data variation, and validate process and ERP system data output results.
  • ERP Expertise: Serve as an ERP planning subject matter expert, providing system capability knowledge, experience, and advice to global supply chain teams.
  • Metrics Creation: Develop and validate monthly metrics to assess the health of manufacturing build requirements (Ask) and commitments from manufacturing partners (Commit).
  • Demand Planning System Management: Administer the demand planning system, manage external suppliers, validate and test system upgrades, and publish monthly forecasts.
  • Supply Chain Solutions: Implement solutions to enhance global supply chain processes and improve Master Production Plan accuracy.
  • Project Leadership: Lead diverse FTS projects to improve business processes, provide project status reports, and ensure project completion.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate supply chain system issues, determine root causes, and identify mitigation options.
  • Innovation: Create opportunities and innovative solutions to improve the user experience for supply chain teams.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, operations, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Experience with ERP, MRP II, MRP, SCP, APS, or DRP systems.
  • Experience with demand planning/forecasting systems.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
