This Site Quality Manager will report to the General Manager as a member of the Site Leadership team, it requires strong audit experience, and proven people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze quality data and trends, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring the site’s quality processes remain compliant and effective.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets company standards.
  • Support new product development and process improvement initiatives by providing quality assurance expertise.
  • Develop and deliver quality training programs to employees, promoting awareness and adherence to quality standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in quality management.
  • Proven problem solving ability preferably Master Black Belt qualified
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
