Job Title: Reliability / Equipment Engineer (Contractor)

Role Overview:
The Reliability / Equipment Engineer will play a pivotal role in managing and executing our asset care initiatives. This position is ideal for a professional who excels in project management and possesses hands-on technical expertise in asset management and technology development. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in equipment engineering and proven project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale site and corporate projects related to asset care.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Conduct hands-on technical work in equipment management and technology development.
- Implement Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) solutions on equipment.
- Manage equipment obsolescence risk and perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, clearly communicating project progress and technical details.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in equipment engineering and asset management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 7 qualification in an Engineering discipline.
- Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale site/corporate projects.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong equipment engineering experience.
- Expertise in any of the following areas: TPM, Equipment Obsolescence Risk Management, Implementing Condition Based Monitoring solutions on equipment.
- Exceptional understanding of equipment technology and strong technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
