Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Specialist

Job Overview:

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for systems management in a manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Systems Specialist to ensure seamless operations across various production systems. This role is vital to maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and alignment within a global organization, offering a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP, data management, and system optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cycle Counting & Stock Alignment: Conduct cycle counting checks and ensure stock alignment across all systems, including scheduled stocktakes and annual site stocktakes.
• Material Management: Align backflush materials and collaborate with master data teams on necessary factor changes. Verify consumption records in MES/SAP and perform TECO in SAP.
• Problem Stock Resolution: Daily follow-up on and correction of problematic stock, including resolving crashed iDocs/COGI errors and performing necessary transactions in TKD or other systems.
• Documentation & Training: Create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and One Point Lessons (OPLs). Provide coaching and training to the manufacturing team on proper system usage.
• Product Declaration Correction: Correct any incorrect product declarations across all systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Month-End Closure: Liaise with the finance team for month-end closure, resolving any issues that may block the process in a timely manner.
• Order Investigation: Investigate production orders with unexpected activities or consumptions and resolve any discrepancies.
• System Testing: Participate in WISE, Tekdan, and SAP UAT/simulation testing. Assist other departments with manufacturing input for new system development or improvements.
• User Setup & Training: Set up new users on manufacturing systems and configure MFG systems for trials and new products.
• System Liaison: Collaborate with WISE, DANIS, and GEA teams, logging and responding to system tickets.
• Reporting & Data Management: Attend weekly Raws and Stocks meetings, run and distribute reports as required, and manage changes to WISE master data.
• Poka System Administration: Act as the Poka system administrator, creating forms and setting up new plant structures within the system.

Experience & Qualifications:

• System Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing environment or similar, with a strong understanding of system operations.
• Educational Background: Relevant third-level qualification in a related field.
• SAP Knowledge: Proficient in SAP modules and their interaction within a multinational organization.
• Data Management Skills: Strong proficiency in data entry, management, and analysis.
• MS Office Proficiency: Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Numerical Ability: Adept at recording, interpreting, and analyzing key process data.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
