Laboratory Technician / QC Analyst

Reports to: Quality Lab Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct chemistry analysis of in-process and final products in line with regulatory standards.
• Perform stability testing on a wide range of products.
• Document all testing activities, results, and raw data accurately and legibly.
• Utilise laboratory IT systems such as LIMS and Empower.
• Review and interpret test results, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Adhere to company safety, housekeeping, and quality protocols, and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain good housekeeping and laboratory practices to ensure an efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors, quality managers, and laboratory managers to uphold compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Participate in rotating monthly shifts to meet operational needs.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• 3rd Level Qualification in a science discipline, preferably Chemistry-related.
• 1-2 years’ experience working as an Analyst in a GMP/GLP environment.
• Hands-on experience with analytical equipment, especially HPLC and GC.
• Familiarity with Empower software.
• Strong understanding of Data Integrity from a laboratory perspective.
