This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking medical technologies that improve lives worldwide. The Senior Project Engineer will play a pivotal role in advancing Coronary & Renal Denervation (CRDN) therapies, supporting the development and continuous improvement of innovative interventional cardiology solutions. From sustaining operations projects to product lifecycle management, this role is key to ensuring excellence in product performance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive innovative solutions in manufacturing and supply chain management, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex problems using project management, Lean Sigma, and process development methodologies.
  • Manage multiple projects with well-defined strategies, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
  • Support product lifecycle management, post-market quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams, influencing stakeholders and fostering cooperation to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project work plans, adapting to evolving requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (Level 8 or higher) in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a project engineering role, ideally within the medical device or regulated industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Project management expertise, with the ability to lead teams and execute strategies effectively.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
