Our client, a medical device company in Galway are currently looking to recruit an Admin Assistant for their site.
This person will be working on a team with 2 event specialists and 1 R&D Manager, providing admin support to various programs.
What will I be doing?
- Provide admin support to the customer innovation centre department
- Provide admin support to various programs
- Other duties as assigned
What do I need?
- Strong presentation and communication skills are required
- Strong team player and flexible in working hours
- Strong Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in a multinational environment desirable
