What will I be Doing?
- The primary function of the role is to provide administrative support to the Corporate Sales team
- Manage all aspects of corporate tenders, quotes and queries
- Liaise effectively with internal customers and assists in growing the Corporate Business
- Working on ad hoc tasks when requested
- Deliver the information in the required format and layout and participate in project work
- Work to agreed timelines to deliver information in a timely manner
What Do I Need?
- Experience in project management
- 2+ years minimum Health Insurance industry experience
- Confident and motivated with excellent communication, project management and organisational skills
- Comfortable with working to targets and meeting tight deadlines
- Analytical with excellent attention to detail and quality
- Able to work on one?s own initiative and possess problem solving skills in a logical manner
- Positive attitude, team player and flexible with ability to work to tight deadlines
- Competence with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role
