What will I be Doing?
  • The primary function of the role is to provide administrative support to the Corporate Sales team
  • Manage all aspects of corporate tenders, quotes and queries
  • Liaise effectively with internal customers and assists in growing the Corporate Business
  • Working on ad hoc tasks when requested
  • Deliver the information in the required format and layout and participate in project work
  • Work to agreed timelines to deliver information in a timely manner

What Do I Need?
  • Experience in project management
  • 2+ years minimum Health Insurance industry experience
  • Confident and motivated with excellent communication, project management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable with working to targets and meeting tight deadlines
  • Analytical with excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Able to work on one?s own initiative and possess problem solving skills in a logical manner
  • Positive attitude, team player and flexible with ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Competence with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role
