Buyer/Planner
Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Galway are currently looking to recruit a Buyer/Planner for their site.

Description
The successful candidate will be the primary liaison for all wholesale inventory issues and will act as the local coordinator for channel plans, forecast plans and replenishment for the company?s products within the UK Market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsibility for the management and co-ordination of CV channel plan within the UK.
? Oversee company sales forecast and review new business forecast.
? Review new product launches and impact on demand forecast.
? Review promotional activity products.
? Liaise with demand supply on timelines for the above.
? Act as Primary contact for Partners, Key Customers & Wholesalers.
? Responsible for service level agreement adherence with wholesale partners.
? Responsible for wholesaler stock levels, ensuring stocks is at optimum levels.
? Minimize OOS risk.
? Manage allocations with wholesale from CV warehouse.
? Review daily wholesale run rates, stock levels, market opportunities which will directly influence channel plan.
? Review and follow up on all return requests.
? Responsible for all NPL launches to wholesale (PO requests/in stock/confirmation of order transmit).
? Responsible for NPL set up with wholesalers (in conjunction with CV).
? Reporting and Analysis.
? Maintain and develop the following reports: Out of Stock and Stock Level Reports, Wholesaler forecasts involving trend analysis, Channel PlanCarry out updates, maintenance and checks to system price files to ensure customer orders are transacted with zero errors.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
? Degree in Business, along with 3 years? experience within a pharmaceutical company.
? Proven background in a Demand Planner/Demand Analyst role.
? Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel and CRM or ERP systems.
? Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
? Perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands.
? Strong report writing skills.
? The ability to develop the role to drive additional efficiencies.
? Technical experience of supply chain and inventory management.
