Customer Service Representative (Language)

Our client, a manufacturing company in Galway are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative for their site on a temporary contract

The role of Customer Support Representative will be table to resolve dealer / customer queries in a friendly, efficient and professional manner and will at all times represent our client in a highly positive and professional way to deliver excellent customer service in resolving the issues they request assistance with and enhance their use of our products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
? Provide our customers and dealers with a friendly, positive and efficient service through;
? Being the point of contact to handle dealer / customer queries
? Providing accurate responses in a timely, friendly and helpful manner
? Responding professionally and helpfully to inbound emails
? Responding professionally and helpfully in a friendly manner to inbound calls
? Following company processes to log and document reasons for calls and steps taken to resolve
? Research and investigate issues to best resolve issues in line with agreed timelines (SLAs)
? Escalate issues where necessary to other colleagues keeping dealer / customer updated on progress
? Compose Friendly, accurate and timely responses to dealer / customer emails
? Manage numerous coordinated tasks, knowing what best to prioritize on a daily basis
? Provide dealers / customers with expert advice to educate them on the products and service we provide
? Always aim to exceed SLA?s but know when to advise dealers / customers that an issue has had to escalated
? Document and feedback customer comments that can aid us in improving our service to them
? Direct dealers / customers to the correct point of contact to resolve should we be unable to assist them in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
? Work collaboratively and as part of a team with other colleagues, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with both.
? Follow Helpdesk policies to accurately company data and records
? Comply with ISO9000 and any other standards that our client may wish to adopt

Qualifications & Experience:
? Minimum 2 years? experience in customer service environment
? Third level degree. Technical Qualification would be an advantage
? Experience in a Customer Services role or related discipline an advantage
? Fluency in English and a second European language - French German Spanish.

? Can work collaboratively and as part of a team with colleagues, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with both. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Patience and empathy

? Takes responsibility and ownership to resolve issues using their own initiative.
? Is proficient in Microsoft office and Excel
