Our client, an IT company in Dublin are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Specialist for their site.
- Answering customer inquiries via email.
- Answering customer inquiries by phone.
- Reporting to your line manager on the progress of your work.
- Type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Willingness to help our customers and provide them with a personal experience.
