Customer Services Manager

Our client, a medical device company in Galway are looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager for their site.

What Will I Be Doing
  • Change management role creating best in class team in Global Headquarters
  • Transition reporting from Operations to Commercial and align with global Commercial strategy
  • Drive sales and opportunity funnel
  • Create exceptional Customer experience by exceeding expectations
  • Design and implement innovative ways of engaging with customers
  • Develop customer, market and competitor intelligence capabilities
  • Manage and update all standard customer service tools, systems and processes

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate business cases and technical information
