Who are the client?
A multinational company in the Financial Services sector is currently recruiting a Customer Support Agent for their site in Shannon.
What will I be doing?
?Managing and advising a designated list of arrears and pre-arrears mortgage accounts.
?Contacting customers to develop strategies to deal with arrears and pre-arrears accounts on an individual basis. ?Dealing with customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
?Identifying, assessing and delivering solutions for customers in financial difficulties.
?Completing financial assessments and negotiating payments with customers.
?Determining and recommending loan restructuring options.
?Escalating unsustainable debts where necessary.
?Arranging face to face meetings with borrowers in arrears/in danger of arrears and their representatives.
?Taking ownership for all actions and decisions on accounts assigned to you.
What do I need?
?QFA or APA in housing loans. (Loans and Regulations is essential)
?Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
?Strong numerical, analytical and report writing skills.
?Ability to meet individual targets while working towards team targets.
?Flexible, self-starter with a positive attitude.
?Ability to take ownership and make effective and timely decisions.
?A proven track record in credit management is an advantage.
