Don?t miss a great opportunity to become part of our team in an exciting, pioneering and growing organisation. Our client, a leading medical device company are looking to hire a Finance & Payroll Analyst.
What will I be doing?
? Administration & processing of payrolls for the management team, Direct & indirect employees, Ex-pat employees, and complete the payroll year ends.
? Management & Monitoring of Clockwise (Time & Attendance) and Holiday balances in conjunction with department Managers.
? Submission of all payroll related Taxes/PRSI, Corporation tax, Royalty, Dividend to the Revenue, VAT within the permitted deadlines and liaison with them as necessary.
? Payroll Processing of Share Scheme in accordance with share scheme deed and rules.
? Provision of all payroll costs for any Grant reclaims, any production changes to headcount/as requested by the Plant Director/ different scenarios.
? Accounting: Co-ordinate all Selling and Marketing and any A/P global queries with Financial Shared Services (FSS). Expenses queries and co-ordinate account codes setting within Concur with Purchasing/changes to personnel
? VAT: Prepare the Irish VAT 3 returns, VIES and Intrastat Return and upload on ROS. ? Compliance & Audits: Ensure that all areas of responsibility are complying to the Essilor GSG (Group Standards Guide), MCS (Minimum Controls Standards). Annual Statutory Audits/Essilor Audits.
? Month end/Year end Reporting: Ensure all postings are made to the General Ledger all Payrolls and related accruals including Bonus. Review P&L for accuracy and against estimate for all fixed costs.
What do I need?
? 5+ Years Payroll Administration experience.
? Experience in Micropay is an advantage.
? Accounting experience and General Ledger experience required.
? Excellent communication skills required.
? Knowledge of French taxation laws beneficial.
