Reception Administrator

Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Cork is currently looking to recruit a Reception Administrator for their site.

As a Reception Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Main point of contact at reception for the arrival and inducting of all visitors & deliveries
  • Main point of contact at reception for all employee queries, e.g. work related postage & courier
  • Coordination and booking of all employee travel requests in line with internal travel policy. This includes Visa support as appropriate.
  • Administrator for email groups (Group Manager), Photo List
  • Requisitioning/Shopping Cart/PO Creation as required
  • Diary Management, Call Management, Calendar /Event Management to Directors as required
  • Administrator for email groups (Group Manager)
  • Data Privacy Support to Compliance Analyst – assist with Privacy audits and reporting
  • Support for the ergonomic assessments for all employees
  • Other ad hoc duties which should arise

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience at Senior Administrator level essential

Additional Skills/Preferences:
  • Proactive, Works on own initiative
  • Highly Organised and Flexible
  • Very Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Very Strong Compliance /Governance Ethic
  • Needs to be Experiences in Reporting/Strong IT skills
  • Competent in the use of MS Office Applications
