Position Summary:

The HR Administrator role provides ambitious and motivated candidates with the opportunity to become part of an established team. This will be a challenging and fulfilling opportunity with the potential to develop a range of skills across the Employee Lifecycle. The role will involve assisting the HR Team and overseeing the administrative function. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective administrative support of HR activities throughout the Employee Lifecycle including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, data management, time and attendance, reporting and other transactional tasks in accordance with current data protection legislation
  • HR Reporting to include the production of accurate weekly and monthly reports for key stakeholders including KPI’s and ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Maintain TMS T&A System including providing reports and analysis on monthly and ad hoc basis.
  • Oversee and maintain information on Workday to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding process to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Ensure that administration records are updated and completed to meet department and business needs.
  • Ensure all Employee files are maintained as per the Company policies.
  • Assist the HR Team in the implementation of HR Projects.
  • Adhere to Plant Safety requirements and Health & Safety requirements relating to your work, assuming responsibility for those aspects of the OH&S System over which you have control to ensure the health and safety of yourself and others.
  • Be aware of the potential environmental impacts associated with your work and the implications of non-conformance.
  • Contribute to enhanced energy performance by conservation of energy where possible (Lighting, Equipment, Air Conditioning etc).
  • Contribute to the continual improvement activities of the OH&S, Environmental and Energy Management systems through participation, providing feedback/ suggestions for improvement and by reporting accidents, dangerous occurrence, near miss/ illness, good catch and environmental incidents in a timely manner.
  • To take on other duties which the Company may assign you from time to time. These ‘other duties’ will be agreed with Management prior to any assignment. Requirements:
  • A 3rd Level degree qualification (level 8) in HR or equivalent is required. CIPD accreditation desirable but not essential.
  • Preferably 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team and provide ideas and suggestions to HR needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact and deal with people at all levels of the Company and third parties.
  • High level of PC skills required. The successful candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages. Experience using Workday desirable.
  • Excellent administration skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
