Who are the client?
Our client, a leading multinational company are looking to hire a HR Administrator for their site in Galway.

What will I be doing? You will have the opportunity to work an exciting, challenging, and engaging role for a progressive multinational company. The role is engaging in its diverse nature as you will be responsible for HR Administration, Office Management and you will be Personal Assistant to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
? Preparing HR contracts for review.
? Completing HR induction for the new hires.
? Keeping on boarding documents, procedures and HR policies updated.
? Ensuring compliance by managing health and safety requirements.
? Organising visas, events and meetings. ? Liaising with various suppliers.
? Co-ordinating travel itineraries and diary management for meetings and travel.

What do I need?
? 3rd level degree in HR, Business or relevant discipline.
? CIPD desirable.
? Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Office Applications.
? Exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
