HR Analyst

Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Cork is currently looking to recruit a HR Analyst for site

Effectively managing the HR on-boarding and off-boarding of our extensive external workforce has become increasingly important. This position owns the execution of and improvements to the global external worker processes. The role will work closely with the global external worker program owner, the Fieldglass system administrator, external worker data stewards, contacts and suppliers. It is expected that the individual in this position will conduct their daily activities through the lens of appropriately protecting HR data, including HR Privacy and compliance mandates.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:
  • Subject matter expert on all external worker classifications, the associated standards, and utilization of the (VMS) Vendor Management System used to manage external workers and third party suppliers
  • Ensure external worker program documentation and reference material on the team collaboration sites and within the VMS reference library is current, accurate, and aligns with the external worker education strategy; revise materials, as needed
  • Manage and oversee approved unpaid student programs; ensure proper set-up of new unpaid student program in the Vendor Management System
  • Manage and oversee the US Paid Academic Contractor program and the US Summer Replacement Program
  • Own the U.S. Eligibility to Return Grid; provide guidance and consultation on adherence to the requirements
  • Manage and consult on the Outsourced Request Form process as communicated via Workforce Central
  • Oversee new supplier registration process; ensure engagements are correctly classified
  • Oversee screening of external workers including supplier adherence to screening standards, completion of US attestation forms, controlled substance, quarterly assessments; ensure screening and health and safety requirements for external workers are being met
  • Drive system and/or process improvements to improve efficiency and adherence to global standards
  • Participate in regression testing of VMS (Vendor Management System)
  • Perform UK rate structure analysis

  • Minimum of two+ years Human Resource related experience or HR Certification
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum of two processes) understanding complex HR business processes, identifying gaps and proposing solutions
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrated experience consulting effectively with cross-functional audiences

Additional Skills/Preferences
  • SAP – HR knowledge
  • Fieldglass knowledge
  • Work flexibility at times to communicate with global partners
