HR Business Partner

Our client, a leading multinational company in Medical Device sector is currently looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for their site in Cork. The role will focus on partnering with the Additive HR team and Additive Business Leaders on key HR projects to support the successful growth and development of the additive function.

What will I be doing?
? Leading both training needs analysis and skills gap analysis for Additive
? Identifying the appropriate training interventions required to address skills gaps.
? Leading the development of new training interventions.
? Designing the project plan for roll out within the function.
? Partnering with the technical training team and the Additive Business Partner on opportunities for alignment particularly in operations.
? Supporting the recruitment process with particular focus on designing and maintaining weekly status reports and metrics.
? Working in close partnership with the HR team, leading the design and implementation of the on boarding and induction programme for Additive.
? Supporting the Additive HR team in the research and design of the additive retention framework.
? Working closely with other HR team members in Ireland and across the company?s network.
? Supporting HR business processes, excellence initiatives and participating in facilitates cross functional process improvement teams.

What do I need?
? Diploma in HRM (CIPD recognised) or equivalent is necessary. Level 8 degree or Masters Qualification in a HR related discipline is an advantage.
? Minimum of 2 years previous experience is a HR related role is desirable.
? A sound understanding of contemporary HR trends and the ability to benchmark/network.
? Excellent customer service skills.
? Excellent communication skills (listening, oral and written).
? Facilitation, mediation and negotiation skills.
? Operates with integrity, honesty and confidentiality.
? Ability to learn, grow and drives own professional development.
? Influencing and effective decision making.
? Ability to plan/organize workload and can multitask.
