Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Account Manager with fluency in Spanish to join a well-established market leader in Cork. In the role of Regional Account Manager, you will join a large team in a challenging, dynamic and exciting company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business within an assigned quota-bearing territory, with emphasis on revenue generation to new customers, and new sales to existing
- Work intensively to increase and improve product awareness within assigned territory, through channel partners and direct interaction with prospects and customers
- Collaborate with channel partners to jointly grow revenue, and to fulfil customer requirements
- Create and refine a revenue pipeline, and accurately forecast revenue outlook to sales leadership utilising CRM tools like salesforce.com
- Develop business plans with sales leadership to drive revenue, also achieving key sales objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify operational or sales projects, and with field sales teams and marketing to manage and develop new business
- Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish
- Excellent in English skills
- Entrepreneurial, creative, self-driving and highly-motivated
- Understanding and knowledgeable of the dynamics of a sales organisation
- Minimum of 2 years? experience in selling software or technology with channel experience
- A proven track record of demonstrating ability to comprehend new technology and to develop sales strategies for increasing sales
- Ability to effectively present new technology and convey (internally and externally) how customers will use company products and solutions
- Recent successful experience and proven ability to drive revenue-generating activities and achieve targets
- Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver results
- A business or other relevant 3rd level qualification (desirable)
