Senior Account Manager
Our client, a communications software company in Cork are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager for their site in Cork.
Reporting to the VP of Customer Success you will collaborate with the Sales Acquisition Team and the Customer Success Management Team in Ireland and the US.
? As a new addition to the Key Account Management Team you will be responsible for creating and enhancing Director Level relationships within a Customer Portfolio whilst building predictable revenue streams.
? Working within the Customer Success Management Function, you will be an influential leader shaping the evolution and execution of Customer Success aligned with the company?s growth strategy to grow market share and revenues rapidly.
? Strategically manage and network a select portfolio of Key Accounts to maintain and expand lines of existing revenue creating upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
? Research the client environment in order to understand the issues and opportunities for solutions.
? Build relationships with the key players in the client account and determine sales strategy with messaging tailored for each stakeholder.
? Understanding of political relationships and their impact on buying behaviours within the client account, in order to determine the appropriate sales approach for each level within organization.
? Develop compelling Value Propositions that resonate with our clients and can deliver high business values
? Managing sales activities by ensuring sales related activities gain client commitment, build momentum and accelerate sales cycles.
? Uncover sales opportunities within Key Accounts? overall Organization managing the full-lifecycle sale and skilfully leveraging internal resources through the process
? Work through the sales process with key players to minimize issues in the close of an order and ensure company and client objectives are met in the agreed time-frame.
? Effectively advise and influence clients through consultative selling techniques and relevant marketing campaigns.
? Establish strong aligned relationships with the Customer Success Management Team working together to deliver Customer Success to your portfolio and the wider customer network.
? Indirectly lead an internal team of technical, business and managerial resource over the entire sales cycle from planning through to execution of the order and post-sales support.
? Demonstrate thought leadership with our clients through knowledge of their specific industry and how our client delivers value for similar sized/industry clients.
? Communicate with and escalate to Leadership Team on key topics concerning the opportunities and threats within the portfolio.
? Ensure that forecasting is accurate with regards to the value, timeline of closure and probability of closure.
? Analyze sales activity data, the team?s P&L and develop the necessary sales contingency plan to ensure financial profitability and success
? Utilize a structured approach for identifying and measuring the quality of potential new streams of business.
? Minimum 3 Years? Experience within the SaaS industry
? Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
? Education to Bachelor?s Degree/Master?s degree
? Willingness to Travel
? Proven client relationship skills, and experience working with clients at Executive/Director level, on a regular basis.
