Office Administrator

Our client, a medical device company in Galway are currently looking to recruit a Office Administrator for their site.
  • Managing email and communications for the stores department
  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis
  • Processing Requests
  • Processing invoices daily
  • General Office Management
  • Liaise with other administrative staff within the Department.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • General administrative duties

Skills Required
  • 2 Years’ Experience in a busy office environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Able to work independently in fast paced environment
  • Able to learn and perform multiple tasks
  • Individual must be organized and a self-starter
