What will I be doing?


? Managing orders and resolving any issues with orders.
? Entering orders on SAP
? Prioritising urgent orders.
? Escalating Tier 2 disputes to Analyst where necessary.
? Liaising with internal departments and external contacts including local affiliates, distribution and Local Service Providers.
? Implementing and proposing standardisation for customer service processes.
? Supporting the Analysts with reporting where required.
? Adhering to SOX and Business control guidelines.
? Supporting new process and SAP updates testing
? Creating, promoting and maintaining operational excellence within the organisation.
? Supporting organisational change.
? Understanding and adhering to all compliance, policies, laws and regulations.
? Ensuring all operational controls are completed to the correct level and within the specified time-frame.


What do I need?


? Graduate or 2 years? relevant experience.
? Fluent in Dutch
? Minimum 1 year of Customer Service/Order Management experience.
? Ability to respond to customer needs and manage their expectations effectively.
? Organised with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
? Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently.
? Ability to work well independently and under pressure.
? Proactive, analytical approach to problem solving.
? Experience with SAP.
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
