Receptionist and Administrator – (1 month initially) - Roscommon - 104005
Receptionist and Administrator – (1 month initially) Available Immediately
Our client, a company in Roscommon is currently looking to recruit an Receptionist / Administrator for their site, that would be available to start immediately. Reporting to: General Manager

Key Tasks and Duties:
  • Taking reception calls, dealing with and greeting visitors upon arrival
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Monitoring reception emails
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Sending purchase orders to suppliers
  • Tracking PO delivery dates
  • Logging invoices and matching to POs accordingly
  • General filing and paperwork
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining front reception boardroom and hallway
  • Organising refreshments and accommodation for visitors where applicable
  • Completion of monthly sustainability reports
  • Generate SCARS for sending to Suppliers and following up on responses
  • Input machine maintenance sheets into compliance table each month
  • Assist with updating KPI graphs as required
  • Completion for first article reports when required

Key Attributes:
  • One-year previous administration experience is desired
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Experience using Outlook email
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking with a drive to meet deadlines & targets
  • Ability to follow instruction
  • Ability to work on own initiative
