Our Recruitment Manager Job opportunity is an exciting new position that has arisen within the business due to the scale up and expansion of our operation in Ireland, Europe and the US.
Recruitment Manager Job Description:
Our Recruitment Manager will lead a team of Recruiters within an outstanding culture, to deliver excellence in talent solutions and delivery to both our clients and candidates.
They will be responsible for supporting and leading their team to reach and exceed candidate placements and financial objectives of the business.
They will instil a culture of personal and professional growth for their team and devise effective learning and development programs to place their team’s capabilities at the top of our profession
Our Recruitment Manager will have responsibility for monitoring performance and financial progress against the agreed plans and report on any variance, delivering solutions and remedies to any shortfalls.
They will be responsible and measured on meeting and exceeding key business metrics for the business on candidate attraction, recruitment delivery, client and candidate engagement and satisfaction, team retention and culture, sales growth, profit lines and margins.
This is a client-interfacing role responsible for build trusting and long- standing business partnerships of mutual value and respect. As Manager you will identify new business opportunities and proactively build relationship with existing and prospective clients.
In this role they will provide advice and guidance to their team and manage employee relations issues such as disciplinary and grievance, absence, performance management, recruitment, attrition and change management.
We are looking for a commercially astute and high achieving Manager who has a proven ability in managing people to perform and deliver their very best. They will remain on the leading edge of the best talent sourcing strategies, recruitment performance, tools to engage, processes to follow to ensure the very best outcome for our team, clients and candidates.

As our Recruitment Manager you would be responsible for devising strategies in-line with company goals, planning and executing the delivery, managing quality and performance, reviewing outcomes and maintaining costs.
The person we’re looking for in our Recruitment Manager
7 years previous experience, ideally within the Recruitment Industry or similar service based industry at management level.
Excellent financial management skills with strong commercial acumen.
Successful track record in successfully growing, developing and managing high performance teams.
A proven track record in an environment that works across different business functions in a dynamic fast paced environment.
Experienced background of delivering significant business wins.
Experience in managing projects ensuring seamless execution, delivery through to completion
Ability to create business plans and strategy for business growth and client delivery.
Full understanding of Business Development and Growth strategy, Accounting and Finance, Customer delivery, with an in-depth knowledge of cost structures with in an SME.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing a team of people with a truly engaging and effective style
Exceptional written and communications skills and big picture visionary.
Previous experience in a fast-paced business environment ideally within an SME.
Ideally, Degree qualified.
