S&OP Integration Manager

Our client, a medical device company in Cork are currently looking to recruit an S&OP Integration Manager for their site.

Job Purpose:
Development and Management of the Implant Global S&OP process. Responsible for providing leadership and driving cross functional alignment throughout all supply chain functions to meet business objectives.

Organisational Interfaces:
Internal customers include commercial / Marketing, MAKE, Procurement, PLAN, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Product Development, Distribution and Global personnel.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
S&OP Management & Development
? Management and governance of the Global Implant S&OP Process
? Management S&OP Coordinators who are responsible for backorder order, Supply, Executive reviews, regional integration meetings and Global metrics publishing.
? Standardization of S&OP processes across ASPAC, NA, EMEA, LATAM
? Develop S&OP maturity to deliver significant long-term improvements and optimal business decision making across both regional and global reviews, to include market, regional and global level engagement and governance.
? Connect with regional leaders and teams to improve supply chain effectiveness and performance, primarily through excellent technical ability, coaching and leadership.
? Responsible for influencing regional teams who are responsible for collecting, analyzing, consolidating, and reporting Supply Chain data, aiming to;
? Improve line item fill rate
? Optimize Inventory Levels
? Deliver Cost Improvements
? Drive engagement with Finance to develop a process where demand and supply plans are monetized to provide big picture financial view aligned to the Business Plan.
? Develop a process with finance to link revenue, costs and profits with customer demand, capacities & constraints to drive informed E2E business decisions.
? Review and develop long term regional improvements opportunities in Performance Metrics, providing appropriate resource prioritization and negotiation of non-Planning / Supply Chain resources.
? Interface between and escalation point for commercial, finance and supply chain partners ? supporting Monthly, Quarterly and annual reporting & business analysis.
? Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve supply chain effectiveness and performance, primarily through excellent technical ability, coaching and leadership.
? Continuing to develop a forward looking S&OP process by changing the mind-set amongst all Supply Chain functions to focus on the End-2-End future state.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent
? 8+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience

Desirable:
? Lean Six-Sigma certification, or equivalent
? Supply Chain experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
? Deep understanding of financial processes
? Experienced ERP / Planning Systems User
? Master?s Degree in relevant field
