Winshuttle Lead Buisness Analsyt Programmer
Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Cork are currently looking to recruit a Winshuttle Lead for their site.

What will I be doing
  • Leverage Winshuttle as part automation initiative including support of automation (RPA) development
  • Build and maintain Winshuttle Central Roadmap aligned with Automation strategy and initiative
  • Create and document Winshuttle governance process and procedures aligned with Automation strategy
  • Own Winshuttle license administration and provide governance of common global scripts through Winshuttle Central
  • Develop Winshuttle standards and approve Winshuttle forms and workflow development
  • Manage Winhuttle training, for the organization by conducting training session on a regular basis
  • Work with other teams including IT, PMO, and Automation COE to determine project resource requirements
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify Winshuttle automation opportunities by analysing processes and assessing feasibility for automation
  • Support robotics process automation developers in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end testing and UAT
  • Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Support the RPA COE Lead and Technical Lead throughout the project and automation lifecycles
  • Communicate any identified and potential risks and issues to RPA COE Lead accordingly and provide actionable inputs to mitigate
  • Support QA and audit activities

What do I need
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Management Information Systems or Computer Science
  • 2 - 3 Years of business analyst and/or programmer experience with supply chain/finance/administrative business processes, systems and applications of varying scope and complexity
  • 1 - 2 Years of experience using Winshuttle
  • At least one year of experience developing macros and using advanced excel
  • At least one year of experience with Six Sigma process improvement tools and techniques
  • Experience with systems development life cycle and structured programming methods
  • Exposure to performance measurement and continuous improvement
  • Experience working with third-party service providers is a plus
  • Track record of meeting and/or exceeding established client, project and performance goals
  • Track record of working on projects to success within established timelines and budgets
  • Ability to work independently, or in groups, as the lead participant
  • Ability to take on complex assignments
