Winshuttle Lead
  • Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Cork are currently looking to recruit a Winshuttle Lead for their site.
  • Leverage Winshuttle as part automation initiative including support of automation (RPA) development
  • Build and maintain Winshuttle Central Roadmap aligned with Automation strategy and initiative
  • Create and document Winshuttle governance process and procedures aligned with Automation strategy
  • Own Winshuttle license administration and provide governance of common global scripts through Winshuttle Central
  • Develop Winshuttle standards and approve Winshuttle forms and workflow development
  • Manage Winshuttle training, for the GBS organization by conducting training session on a regular basis
  • Work with other teams including IT, PMO, and Automation COE to determine project resource requirements
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify Winshuttle automation opportunities by analysing processes and assessing feasibility for automation
  • Support robotics process automation developers in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT
  • Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Support the RPA COE Lead and Technical Lead throughout the project and automation lifecycles
  • Communicate any identified and potential risks and issues to RPA COE Lead accordingly and provide actionable inputs to mitigate
  • Support QA and audit activities as needed
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Management Information Systems or Computer Science
  • 2 – 3 Years of business analyst and/or programmer experience with supply chain/finance/administrative business processes, systems and applications of varying scope and complexity
  • 1 – 2 Years of experience using Winshuttle
  • At least one year of experience developing macros and using advanced excel
  • At least one year of experience with Six Sigma process improvement tools and techniques
  • Experience with systems development life cycle and structured programming methods (both traditional and agile), including requirements definition, solution design, program development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance
  • Exposure to performance measurement and continuous improvement
  • Experience working with third-party service providers is a plus
  • Track record of meeting and/or exceeding established client, project and performance goals
  • Track record of working on projects to success within established timelines and budgets
  • Ability to work independently, or in groups, as the lead participant
  • Ability to take on complex assignments, and assume increasingly greater leadership roles/responsibilities
  • Willingness to travel, some location(s) located in offshore geographies
  • Winshuttle Lead will lead and support the use of Winshuttle Central database, forms, and workflow for the business. The role will include defining, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Winshuttle forms and the governance process, in support of robotic process automation development and Global Business Solutions automation initiatives.
  • The purpose of this position within the GBS Automation COE is to maximize the use of Winshuttle for the finance global business solutions teams. The GBS Automation COE is responsible for providing automation solutions through the use of robotics process automation (RPA) and other automation solutions.
