I’ve been working in the recruitment profession for 16 years now. I would be considered a veteran in our industry at just 41! Experience is a great teacher and I’ve learnt a lot about people during my time in recruitment and how to recognise their unique and individual talents.

I have enjoyed the great scope this job offers from successfully managing Global company startups of European Offices in Ireland, through to bespoke talent strategies to find that needle in a haystack.

I’ve gained international perspective and experience having worked in the fast pace of San Francisco and Dublin within hospitality and then London in Investment Banking recruitment, through to my homeland of Northern Ireland

No matter where in the world I worked I’ve found the same quality applies and that is listen actively to people and you will cut through the noise to hear what it is they truly want.

My recruitment expertise is in IT currently and my desire to speak with the very best of talent never stops so if I meet you out and you work in IT we’re likely to have a deep and meaningful conversation about your profession, maybe over a pint, my interest goes beyond work.

I’m always fascinated in the new emerging technologies that shape our futures, along with the exceptionally fast pace the IT sector moves at, I just seem to get it.
