Quality Compliance Lead

In this role you will get to shape the future procurement strategy for a leading Medical Device manufacturer. You'll work on developing a new Supply Chain roadmap to enhance External supply relationships and build a network of contract manufacturing partners.

 This role is a 24 month Contract position and offers Hybrid working option.


 Main responsibilities will include:
You will support strategic make vs. buy programs from initiation through serial production and represent procurement on the program core teams.
 
 
Be accountable to the procurement and program leadership teams for timely execution of all procurement related program activities and deliverables as well as for adhering to the 3rd party spend budget and achieving annual material cost reduction targets of the programs
 
 
Defining the procurement priorities, managing relationships with and performance of global contract manufacturers on ongoing basis, executing end-to-end material/supplier strategies
 
 
Sourcing and localization of tier 2 suppliers
 
 
About you
 
 
Relevant Degree qualification or comparable Procurement/Supply Chain Qualification
 
5-8 years experience in a similar Industry
 
Effective influencing and communication skills in a highly matrixed and multi-cultural organization
 
Advanced project management skills, dealing with ambiguity and complexity while remaining adaptable to new objectives.
 
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

 <li>Experience in electrical panel wiring is desirable.
 </li>
 <li>Experience in interpreting technical drawings is essential.
 </li>
 <li>Experience in mechanical / high volume automation / robotics desirable.
 </li>
 <li>Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment desirable.
 </li>
 <li>Experience in Pneumatics, Electronics, Programmable controllers, Vision Systems and Workshop machining desirable.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;
 </li>
