There is no single average supply chain salary that accurately represents Ireland’s 2026 market. Supply chain salaries vary by seniority, function, systems experience, operational responsibility and leadership scope, so HERO benchmarks individual supply chain roles across defined experience bands.

A Supply Chain Director in Ireland can earn between €95,000 and €120,000 with up to three years at the relevant level, €120,000 to €135,000 with three to five years, and €135,000 to €145,000 or more with over five years of experience.

A Supply Chain Manager in Ireland can earn between €60,000 and €70,000 with up to three years of relevant experience, €70,000 to €85,000 with three to five years, and €85,000 to €100,000 with more than five years of experience.
