Recruitment Team Lead Job Description: 

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant in Cork to join our team.

Our Senior Recruitment Consultant works closely with key accounts and will manage our PSLs. The person suited to this position will possess a natural talent in building exceptional relationships with people, who are our business. Key to our Senior Recruitment Consultant Cork position is an ability to recruit and place top talent into leading companies. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst providing leading edge talent acquisition solutions within STEM Recruitment.

We’re looking for…

• An experienced Senior Recruiter with a proven placing track record in the recruitment industry, ideally within STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology & Math's) 
• We would also like to speak with qualified candidates coming from an Engineering, Science or IT background who are in search of a new and rewarding career in Recruitment
• Exceptional focus on Candidate and Client experience.
• High achiever in placing candidates and offering talent solutions to clients.
• A person who loves a busy working environment and who thrives on measuring up to the best.
• Someone who enjoy dealing and working closely with people in an authentic way and rises to the challenges of finding and placing the very best talent in the market.
• You will have a natural curiosity in people and enjoy digging deep to unearth the potential of our candidates and deliver a premium service to both our clients and candidates alike.
• You will have a love for operational excellence and help us to continue to get better at what we do.
• You will have a drive, vision and talent to build successful business partnerships with our candidates, clients and our HERO team.

Requirements

• Do you have the required minimum 3 years’ experience in Recruitment?
• Are you highly proficient in sourcing using an ATS, LinkedIn along with other tech savvy sourcing tools?
• Do you hold a valid working visa to work in Ireland? This is essential.
