Job Responsibilities:

• Provide user support, resolving access, usage, and IT service issues.
• Collaborate with higher-level support teams or vendors when needed.
• Manage user access and account information.
• Install, troubleshoot, and resolve computer hardware, software, and phone systems.
• Support system upgrades, test new hardware and software, and deploy patches.
• Coordinate meeting/conference room equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Manage PC/laptop/printer assets from procurement to end of life.
• Document all IT support activities and maintain knowledge base.
• Adhere to Information/Cyber Security policies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide support globally and locally, performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of similar role experience.
• Understanding of networking, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and basic Cyber Security practices.
• Strong customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently or in teams, and continue learning.
• Proficiency in English; multilingual preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, flexible schedules, and travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to lift/carry/move equipment weighing 10-25kg occasionally.
