Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5-7 years’ experience in managing complex product development projects, ideally in the medical device industry.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in product development/commercialization preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and communication.
• Excellent decision-making skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Core Teams in executing product development plans aligned with commercialization goals.
• Develop business and commercialization plans for global product rollout.
• Manage project budget and ensure compliance with quality processes.
• Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing innovation and accountability.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including Core Team Leaders outside the PMO.
• Drive decision-making and process improvement initiatives
