Your Impact in this Role:

As a Channel Specialist for Export Markets in the EMEA region within the Dental Solutions Division, you'll have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse professionals globally.
Your contributions will include:

  • Driving sales growth in alignment with the EM strategic plan.
  • Managing end-to-end account setup and maintaining engagement with top accounts, including negotiating distributor contracts, setup, compliance, and communication.
  • Defining local pricing needs and deviations, fostering solid relationships with internal customers, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Enhancing remote communication with distributors and end-users to identify new business opportunities.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities with customers, divisions, and the area to maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
  • Developing channel plans, analyzing point-of-sale sales, and executing and localizing channel marketing programs.
  • Addressing non-routine inquiries and developing channel solutions for various opportunities.
  • Providing input for ETF projections.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least three years of sales experience, preferably in a regional channel sales role.
  • A current, valid driver’s license
Additional qualifications that could enhance your success include:
  • Profound experience in Dental Solutions Business
  • Experience in newly defined export countries with local distribution or end-users
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives with tight timelines
  • Proficiency in communicating across multiple levels of the organization
Location: Ireland
Hybrid Eligibility: Some remote work possible, with local and international travel required Travel: Up to 40%, international

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
