Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee various departments within our organization, including Security, Facilities, Waste Management, and Janitorial. This is a lead role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.


  • Lead and supervise the Security, Facilities, Waste Management, and Janitorial teams to ensure efficient operation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and inspections, to ensure the safety and functionality of facilities.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for facility maintenance and operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads and management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide technical expertise and guidance to staff on electrical systems, equipment, and other facility-related matters.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Handle employee relations issues, including training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance activities and expenditures.


  • Trade qualification in Electrical or related field. Proven experience in facilities management, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required to support business operations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
