Maintenance Manager 
The ideal candidate will be continuously assessing equipment, systems, and processes to ensure they are safe, reliable, and running at peak efficiency. This person will be confident leading a team, coordinating maintenance schedules, and identifying improvement opportunities through detailed analysis. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, along with a hands-on approach to leadership and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the functionality, safety, and compliance of all machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Escalate issues promptly and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime and operational impact.
• Conduct regular safety checks, inspections, and training sessions for maintenance staff.
• Analyze performance data and equipment reliability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules using CMMS tools.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors to ensure availability of critical components.
• Track maintenance budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery, utilities, and maintenance processes.
• Proficient in CMMS software and familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CRL) is a plus.
