As a key member of our project management team, you will lead complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Driving adherence to design control requirements and ensuring compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identifying, securing, and managing project resources across functional teams.
- Providing clear and timely project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Overseeing project budgets and managing capital expenditure.
- Monitoring progress from project initiation through delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
- Developing and executing risk mitigation strategies.
- Implementing tools and processes to track and report on project progress.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required to support project activities
- A Level 8 degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree (Master’s or higher) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Prior experience with ablation products and therapies, including catheters and generators.
- In-depth knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and familiarity with ProChain scheduling methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous challenges.
- Broad technical expertise across multiple product development domains.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- A Master’s degree in engineering, scientific discipline, or business (MBA) is advantageous.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus
