Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment as Senior Manager, Employee Relations. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract, offering the chance to shape and deliver effective ER strategies while enhancing the overall employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations (ER) cases and contribute to the design and implementation of ER strategy across the organization in Ireland.

  • Deliver consultation, training, and support to managers and employees on a range of ER-related matters.

  • Identify and analyze trends in employee relations, offering data-driven recommendations.

  • Collaborate with global and regional HR and ER teams to ensure consistent and aligned practices.

  • Lead or contribute to change management initiatives and support organizational evolution.

  • Participate in key projects, both as a leader and subject matter expert.

  • Maximize the value of case management systems through effective strategy and oversight.

  • Support and embed frameworks and structures related to hybrid working models.

  • Partner with risk and compliance teams to review and enhance ER practices and policies.


Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HR leadership experience in a consulting or corporate setting.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or a related field.

  • CIPD qualification (desirable).

  • Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence through data-driven storytelling.

  • Proven track record of delivering pragmatic, results-oriented HR solutions in a global context.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working across geographically dispersed teams.

  • High level of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive or confidential matters.

  • Capable of delivering difficult messages with empathy and professionalism.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on scalable, aligned service delivery.

  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a “can-do” attitude and drive to get results.
