Position Summary

This role supports large-scale rebranding projects across the EMEA region, ensuring continuity of service, effective supply chain planning, and streamlined communication across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain activities related to rebranding and PIPO projects to maintain service continuity and optimal inventory management.

• Coordinate with PIPO leads and supply planners across different countries to confirm required inventory build for uninterrupted customer delivery.

• Use supply chain data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to track progress of each PIPO phase, identify gaps, provide traffic light updates, and ensure clear communication to stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.

• 3–5 years’ experience in:

  • Supply Planning

  • Demand Planning

  • Production Planning

  • Intercompany Planning

Desirable Skills / Differentiators

• Strong system proficiency: Office 365 (especially Excel), SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, and Power BI.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven analytical ability with capacity to translate insights into practical solutions.

• Experience in project management.

• Broader supply chain exposure or related assignments enhancing cross-functional awareness.
