Location: Tipperary - On the road across Ireland (Hybrid possible)

This role of f ers the chance to expand access to nutritious meals through private and direct-to-parent markets. You’ll lead a talented sales team, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in shaping the company’s expansion strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead sales growth and business development across the private/direct-to-parent sector.
• Manage and inspire a team of sales prof essionals on the road.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identif ying new opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery f or customers.
• Be a key driver in scaling the company’s national impact on child nutrition.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in hospitality, catering, or retail.
• 6+ years in a leadership role, managing sales or operational teams.
• Proven track record in business development and team leadership.
• Strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and results -driven.
• Hands-on, positive, and aligned with a mission-driven culture.
