Key Responsibilities

As a Senior PD Engineer, you will:

  • Play a hands-on role in new product development, including design, technology advancement, automation, vendor engagement, and project execution.
  • Apply Design, Reliability & Manufacturability (DRM) methodologies and 3D modeling to develop advanced technologies, equipment, and scalable manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and commercial milestones in product development.
  • Support and lead technology innovation initiatives, with a strong focus on quality, rigor, and automation (both semi- and fully-automated systems).
  • Contribute to process development, characterization, and validation activities to ensure robust product introduction.
  • Utilize tools such as Six Sigma, project management frameworks, and engineering problem-solving techniques to address technical challenges.
  • Document and communicate findings through technical reviews, design evaluations, and project dashboards.

  • Bachelor’s degree (Level 8) or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and across organizational boundaries.
  • Solid understanding of medical device processes, along with a good grasp of both product and process design principles.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and teamwork.

  • Familiarity with design control, regulatory standards, and validation protocols in the medical device space.
