Key Skills and Experience

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly in technical roles.

• Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and data-related positions.

• Excellent candidate engagement and advocacy throughout the hiring process.

• Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, HireEz, and ATS platforms (preferably Workday).

• Ability to manage 35+ concurrent requisitions and collaborate effectively with remote stakeholders.

• Strong communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Support the full recruitment lifecycle, with emphasis on strategic sourcing and candidate engagement.

• Market Insights: Use global tech market knowledge to develop and maintain targeted talent pipelines.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and hiring teams to strengthen the organization’s talent network.
