Role Purpose

Our Life Science manufacturer in the West of Ireland is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead a full transformation of its end-to-end operations. This is a senior leadership role overseeing a 52-person team across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics, with a mandate to modernise processes, embed digital tools, and prepare the organisation for SAP implementation within 12 months.

This hire sits at the centre of a major private-equity backed growth programme, with a five-year plan to scale output, strengthen R&D capability, and reshape operational culture. You’ll be the driving force behind integrated S&OP, inventory optimisation, procurement strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years’ supply chain leadership in regulated, high-volume or complex manufacturing

• Strong track record in transformation, digitisation, and ERP/SAP environments

• The credibility and emotional intelligence to influence senior leaders and break down silos

• Leadership strength to develop capability, accountability, and modern ways of working
